Problem with enviroment lighting

Hello! Found an incomprehensible problem associated with enviroment lighting. The fact is that there is some zone in which enviroment lighting acts, and outside of this zone it is dark, if these objects move, they gradually change their brightness. It is also funny that it only affects the objects marked in the screenshot, other objects are banned normally. Thank you in advance for your help
