Problem with an SVG import

Howdy!

We are using Unity Version 2018.3.7f1 with the latest Vector Graphics Package.

We have an asset that is acting kind of strange. Here is the SVG file and a screen cap of how it appears in the editor. Any ideas on how to resolve this?
