problem when importing sprite texture

    hi all
    I'm working with 2d games, with tiles method
    when Im importing texture sprite into unity, theres some problem in here, and its seems not right
    stage.png
    I was set grid into 64x64 and pixel per unit 64, so Im sure the size is right.. but why there was a small transparent line in here ??

    I would change it to 63 pixels/unit and the lines should be gone.

    If I use 63 pixel / unit, there will be overlapping pixel, and it seam will be visible
    Im trying use unity 4.6 same script same setting and its seem better

    You could make the texture 65 pixels then and make a ''double pixel'' that will be overlapping.

    Also in unity 5 try using truecolor that might help.
