    If i am manually selecting topic from the left side documentation tree firefox will return "The address wasn't understood" because the link for example "c:/Program%20Files/Unity%205.0.0b15/Editor/Data/Documentation/en/Manual/ProjectView.html" must include "file:///" beforewards local file locations links, using forward and backward icon will work though. Strangely on chrome it will work fine, chrome seems automatically add "file:///" to all local file links. Are unity documentation guys never test it on firefox ? or is it a bug on unity b15 documentation ?

    Scripting references seems not affected, only unity manual being affected.

    Thanks spotting this for us! I've passed the details on to our web team.

    Correct, can also repro it here in 5.0.0b17. Is related to new way of handling "modularized documentation" in Unity 5, i.e. installing documentation for individual modules, and then merging the Table of Content and search index at install-time.

    We will make sure it gets fixed soon, thanks. Btw, you can also use the beta-mailing list for reporting issues in the Unity betas.

    Best regards,
    Rasmus, Unity Infrastructure Team

    A workaround for now: As admin open "C:\Program Files\Unity 5.0.0b17\Editor\Data\Documentation\en\Manual\docdata\global_toc.js" in e.g. Notepad++ (or another editor which supports Unix line-endings) and change first line to:
    var p0 = "";

    This will make navigation using the table of content at the left side work

    Also apply fix to "C:\Program Files\Unity 5.0.0b18\Editor\Data\Documentation\en\ScriptReference\docdata\global_toc.js" then. We have a fix for this which should get into trunk today, so it *should* be part of b19 this week.
