Resolved Problem to launch certain project

Hello, i have some problem to launch some Unity project. First time in 5 years of dev when i try to open something project just infinite load in unity hub. I have tried to uninstall and install unity hub, unity editor etc... Does anyone have the same problem ? Thanks in advance.

 

My license is good too

 

which unity version the project is?

ah ok, not sure whats the issue then,
check editor.log also, if it contains any info:

or the editor.exe doesnt even start on the background? (task manager)
