[Problem] Package Manager getting slower and slower each update.

    Around a week ago opening and loading all the packages took less than 2 seconds.
    Then after upgrading to 1.7.0, it was taking around 5-10 seconds.
    Now after upgrading to 1.8.0 it takes around 20 seconds to even 1 minute to load all the packages.

    Update: Updated to Unity B8, It's faster but still slower than it was before 1.7.0.
