Question problem in signing in unity hub 2.4.5

Hello there!
i'm new to unity and i'd like to get started, but i have a problem in signing in to the unity hub.
i have an unity account and an id but the hub doesn't want me to sign in, every time i try to sign in i type my email and password, whrn i press the "sign in" button after like 10 secs it exits from the sign in window or would open the type your id we've sent to you, after typing it, it also exits from window and not signing in.
just why?
i've been having these problem and not being able to sign in since i first downloaded unity hub 2.4.3
