    Does Anyone Made AR portal and integrate it with AR foundation?

    yes i did it and work with stencil buffer, just one issue flicker one frame while entering in portal .

    Does anyone know how to make the environment inside the portal interactive?

    You can use a sphere skybox, and set material in stencil for the skybox. it works for me
