Problem in Baking

I just bought this asset - https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/...ww.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/28730

By default it looks the same after opening the scene as in the asset store images...but when -

I cleared the lightmaps and then i again baked with same settings, the scene is much darker, why so ?

My lightmaps are darker from original... Can any one guide me the solution to this problem..
