Problem ( Import Package ) - Crossplatforminput

I need CrossPlatformInput but there is no crossplatforminput in import package actually nothing in the package
please can someone help me ? I want to this method for from computer to phone , so , you know that , I m waiting for your information

It's part of the standard assets. The new version or equivalent of it isn't ready for the new Unity versions. You may need to fix some problems if you import it.

 

I downloaded this package and import it but its not working

 

What is 'not working'? As i can see on your screenshot, the file is there.
