(Problem)Flashing when reatime lighting

    Hey!Guys!
    I've had a problem in realtime lighting useing direction light,as the video below.I use directional light as a sun light.When the angle of the light approaching to 66 degree the scene start flashing and the flashing stop when the light move on.
    Can anyone help me to fix this problem?Thanks!
    Unity Version : 2019.2.1.f1 HDRP
