Problem downloading Unity Hub.

I uninstalled unity hub by deleting the folder from my computer. I then went and cleaned out my recycle bin and deleted it from my recycle bin. I then tried to redownload it but there was an error and it told me that the "setup was not completed successfully." I then attempted to add or remove the program but since there is no file location on my SSD, the computer can't delete it, nor can I download it again. I only have 3.3 Gb of storage on my SSD left, but it won't download to my hard drive either that has 300 gb of space. Can someone help me?
