Question Probably a visual studio error anytime I try to open a c# script

I am very new to unity and dont really have any knowledge about scripts and that sort of thing although when I try to open a new script I get an error that says:
Win32Exception: ApplicationName='C:\Users\ccharliexyz\don't know yet\Library\PackageCache\com.unity.ide.visualstudio@2.0.15\Editor\COMIntegration\Release\COMIntegration.exe', CommandLine='"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE\devenv.exe" "C:\Users\ccharliexyz\don't know yet\don't know yet.sln" "" -1', CurrentDirectory='', Native error= The system cannot find the file specified.

I dont really know how to understand this and how to fix what this error is but if anyone has any ideas please let me know.
