Pro Builder, how to simplify geometry easily?

I'm playing around with Pro Builder for the second time. The first time I dropped it because things seemingly weren't functioning as intended and it didn't seem very intuitive. Things are better this time, but I still have some issues. Is there any simple way to remove excess geometry? I've got multiple faces on the same plane that are connected. I can select them all manually and click "merge faces", but this till leaves me with the old vertexes and edges. Surely, after all this time, there is some way to simplify an object automatically and remove redundant geometry? I'd love to hear back from anyone. Thanks.

EDIT: And I've just discovered that I can't remove vertices or edges. This really hasn't changed all that much at all. I'm disappointed.
