Hello, I ask to users who played my game, him/her name, surname and email at the beginning of my game. And when game is finished. I take the score, him/her name, surname, email and I make leaderboard. I keep these datas in google sheets. Is there any privacy policy violation in this? And the other question is I will send email later them. Should I ask for permission in the game to users who play the game like "Do you accept this?". Is there a sample of this permission text which uses in games?

You should not, you HAVE to!

You need to ask users for consent with storing their data AND tell them what you store about them and for what purposes AND give them the option to not do so AND give them the right to ask you to remove their data and stop using it. If you want to also send them emails, you need them to confirm this separately (opt-in). On top, store platforms may have additional requirements / no-go's.

You should probably talk to a lawyer.

Btw. why is full name needed for a leader board?
Very few people would provide that (let alone their real name). Providing mail adress is also a burden for the user.
Unless you offer a service with this, like online save-games, just go for a nickname like in the good old arcades.

However, this might be a good start: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/a-guide-to-gdpr-requirements-for-mobile-game-developers
If you cover GDPR you likely do enough already for the vast majority of other countries.

Edit: You could also offer a connection to the players Steam account instead.

Basically you're storing very sensitive data (name + surname) which is linked with their email.

So if you get hacked, whoever submits the data to you risk getting spammed or doxxed.

Frankly if I was offered to enter my name, surname and email, and I knew you store it in google sheets, I'd either uninstall the game, or would submit you bogus data.
