Priority of AvatarIKGoal and TransformStreamHandle?

    How do i process an animation job(IAnimationJob) with ignore built-in AvatarIKGoal excute by Animator?

    After trying GetMuscle/SetMuscle and TransformStreamHandle at "ProcessAnimation(AnimationStream stream)", both of them can not overwrite the foot position and rotation, but arm can be do like that.
