Preview two animations in edit mode?

Hi. Is there any way to preview two animations in edit mode?
I need to edit animation <1> while having preview of animation <2>.

I've found script by Mecanim.Dev Sonny , it can preview object animation in editmode, but when you need to edit other object it loses focus and stops the preview.

I've found 'sample animation' property and it pretty much does the job. However I'm still trying to sync two animations, and i can't find how to get <current frame in animation mode>. A year ago someone asked the same question:

The API is internal so there is no easy way to set this value, maybe you could try with reflection but even with that there is no guarantee it will work.
