Prevent unity from opening documentation in VS 2015.

    I don't know when the change was made but I can no longer press this button
    button.png
    to open a link to the online documentation.
    Instead, it's now trying to open the entire web page in Visual Studio 2015, where it gets displayed as HTML.

    I have had this issue on all Unity versions for a few months.
    Today I am using 2018.2.2f1.
