In the player settings in Unity 5 there is this "Preload Assets" array where I can put whatever assets I want and it's supposed to preload them (I guess upon game initialization). I needed some more information about that but I couldn't find anything in the documentation. I guess it hasn't been documented yet. My question is does this thing include dependencies ? Like if I have a prefab and it has a renderer with a mesh and some materials as well as a script that holds references to some game objects, would the preloader preload all of these things or will it just preload the prefab's gameobject . I need to get rid of the loading hiccup when you instantiate a big object for the first time in the scene and I want to know if I should include all materials/textures etc. or just including the object's prefab will be sufficient.

    Best regards!
