Preferred Beta Release

    Would it be possible in a future release to allow the Hub to specify a "Preferred beta release" When trying to open a scene created in a previous beta build Unity will ask "2018.1.0b3 is not available, would you like to open with 2017.3.1f1 (Preferred)?". To open scene in a new beta build currently the only method is to temporarily set the Preferred Version to the new beta (whilst obviously remembering to set it back when you want to work on a scene using the official release).

    Even if beta scenes suggested using newer versions of the beta "this scene was created with beta 2018.1.0b3, would you like to open it with 2018.1.0b7" would be a big help.

    Hi fuzzygoat,

    You can always click on the three dots(...) at the right of the project to choose from there a version to use.

    Hiya, yes you can but then your preferred version is the beta and that gets in the way when trying to do none beta things.
