    Hi!,

Is it possible to somehow "Lock" a prefab, so that changes aren't accidentally applied to it?

In the case that a prefab is being used a lot and is generally in a state everyone is satisfied with, it would be nice to be able to "lock" it, so no one can accidentally apply any further changes to it unless they explicitly unlock it first.

This is not possible, no. Certain version control solutions, such as Perforce allows something like this. The Black Box approach to Prefabs mentioned in the FAQ is also a bit related, although it's not exactly the same thing.
