Prefab tags spontaneously change when running

    I'm having trouble with the Unity-5 editor changing my prefabs' tags spontaneously when running the application. One can load a scene and the prefabs' tags look fine, and the first time the player runs they behave normally as well. But as soon as the player is stopped, the editor will show that the prefabs have all new tags--and running the app again will show failures because the tags are in fact screwed up now.

    I've recorded a short video to demonstrate what I'm seeing. This is really causing me headaches at the moment, and I would appreciate any suggestions for workarounds.

    That's very weird, please file a bug and include that project and your video. Looks like a GUID error of some kind but that's a guess on my side, the core team guys will know more. Feel free to reply back here with the bug number and I can update you.
