Prefab save issues

    My apologies if this is posted in the wrong place. I have a prefab but I can not do apply to it, the “Apply“ button became grayed out and disabled as you can see in the attachment. I am new with unity, can any one help with this:

    Have you saved the prefab by dragging it into a project folder?

    can not do that eighter, will display a prohibitory sign if I try to drop it to the project folder
