Question Prefab Not shown as entity in the inspector

    There may be some setting I missed, but my referenced prefab ( a projectile pfb) is not shown as an entity in the inspector even if I turned the inspector to runtime. I checked out the tutorial provided in which a referenced prefab is correctly displayed as an entity.

    How do you create your entity? Using subscene?

    entities are spawned using entity command buffer Instantiate()
    strangely, they are displayed as entities in the inspector.
    the objects that are initially in the subscene are correctly displayed

    I ran into same problem. All instantiated entities show up as authoring/mono objects in the inspector. I battled with this problem for hours yesterday. Did you find a solution? Have you updated any packages before the editor started acting up?

    Edit:
    A quick update: I installed a new Unity version, but the problem persists. However, spawning in my older projects seems to be working just fine.
