Prefab Animation only applying to one at a time

    I created a prefab of a wheel. I then duplicated it a few times and added it to a parent object. I then created an animation on the parent object where I am trying to rotate the wheels. It shows that they are all rotating 360 degrees. When I test the animation though it will only rotate one wheel. Then if I test it again it will rotate the next wheel, then if I do again the next, ect... How can I get it so it will rotate all the duplicates of the prefab in one animation?

    The only other way I can think of would be to not use a prefab and just rotate them one at a time, though that would kind of defeat the purpose of a prefab then.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
