Predict path of an object in minimap

    Hey guys. I was trying to make as a side project a game where you play as a lighthouse keeper and direct ships through a radar and orders by walkie talkie. Simple stuff like the ponit to go and basic interface, I've got handled but I was trying to create some sort of way to have the ships create prediction lines in the radar showing their predicted path and possible collisions with other ships. Any idea on how I should approach this?

    gl lines is pro only

    GL stuff has worked without pro for who knows how long.. (I know the docs says its pro only though..)

    suppose another easy way is to just have a thin plane with your line texture extend out in front of your object as well if you want to avoid scripting a solution.
