When I try to drag a pre build it doesn't show up and I guess the problem comes from the game object because when I put things together I put it in an assets folder and drag the one that doesn't show up I use unity 4.5.5 because the game on which I'm going to create maps doesn't really support a recent version at the 4.7.2 limit.

I'm sending screenshots hoping you can help me cordially.

More likely it comes from the Transform, which in the top screenshot shows that object over 1000 units away from the origin, which is commonly where the camera is.

The default camera only sees 1000 units distant (far clipping plane).

This could also mean your scene view is so scaled out the object is less than a pixel high.

Select the transform and hit Reset in the upper right corner of that transform to return it to zero, or else drag it somewhere you can see it.

You can also try selecting it in the hierarchy, placing your mouse over the scene and pressing F to frame it.

What did you not understand about Kurt-Dekker's instructions?

Try selecting a piece of fence and hitting F, or set the X Y Z position of the fence to 0.
