    Monitor 1

    Monitor 2

(Sometimes game view goes to monitor 2 if I need multiple inspectors, bigger scene views, etc)

:) with unitys ui freezing for about 10 seconds every time i enter playmode or make a script change i mostly toggle between full screen default wide and full screen vscode on a single screen even though i have two monitors. I see no benefit in viewing a stuck ui all the time.

I have a single 32-inch monitor and I am pretty happy with this layout: two scene windows one for editing another for the play mode. Large animator window. The Game window has a fixed resolution of 1280 x 720.

I like having both the Hierarchy and Project windows placed near to the Inspector. In my real project, I have both hierarchies full of objects from the top to the bottom of the screen.

I use 3 different layouts. Mainly almost default one:

When I absolutely have to always see scene and game windows at the same time:

When I mostly need only scene view (rare):

I've got a new layout for my setup now. Instead of having everything inside a big wide window, I undocked windows for each screen, so they can be resized and moved independently:

I also have another monitor above the middle one, which I sometimes use on screensharing (otherwise it's too wide for people to see anything), so the undocked middle window can be easily dragged up to be presented.
