I can't get it to work. Not my first rodeo.

Is it bugged out!? Does PP now live in the HDRP scene settings only?

    Unity 2019.1.0f2
    PP 2.1.6

HDRP 5.3 forward comes with its own post-processing so Post V2 won't work anymore. Guessing this is an upgraded project? Just remove Post V2 package.

The new post-processing is located in the Volume Components so it works the same as the scene volumes. AA and some other settings related to the camera are on the camera itself.

Got it! Thanks for clarifying. Yes, updated project. :)

So for others needing to find this, making a game object with GameObject>Rendering>SceneSettings will come with the Volume Component which is where all the Post processing can be added.

There's also the Render Pipeline Wizzard. After you set this up every new scene you make with HDRP will come with a default set of post-processing and scene settings so you don't really have to repeat the work. Changes made to those profiles carry across to every other new scene so you still want to replace the volume asset with your own, it's just here to have a set default for new scenes.

This is under Window > Analysis > Render Pipeline Wizzard when
Just select fix all and it will create all the defaults for you. (Green checkmarks come after that is done by default you will have a few red and a few green)
