Post Processing Stack v3 has recurred a "viewport rectangle shift" bug

    The following bug has recurred in Post Processing Stack v3.

    My development environment is as follows.
    Unity 2019.4.18f1(LTS)
    Post Processing 3.0.1

    Also, it has been confirmed that it works normally in Post Processing 2.2.2.

    I want you to fix it if possible.
    Also, can this be fixed on my own?
