Post effects on mobile, are any okay?

Hi all,

Just wondering, are any of the post process effects okay to use on mobile or is it just something that should be avoided?
I was thinking of maybe grading my scene but if that is going to cause headaches I might leave it.

Generally post processing is not that resource-consuming if it's approached correctly, even on old low-end devices
