Bug Possible bug

I have this bug on the unity inspector that make the first index of the list/array doesn't expand the window like the other elements do I don't know what causes this when I have not touched the unity editor and happens when I start a new project any way to fix this because moving the first index down to edit what needs to be edited and then moving it back up is really tedious.

I here's an image of what the bug looks like on this post. if anyone knows what is causing this let me know I am on Unity 2021.3 if that helps.

 

Pretty sure this has been fixed in the most recent versions. You said 2021.3 but Unity has a four part version number (2021.3.xfx). Make sure you're on the latest one.
