Bug Possible bug in prefix path check for creating new project

    I have the following directory structure
    F:\Unity - Contains Unity Hub
    F:\UnityHubEditor\2022.3.10f1 - Contains Unity Editor

    I want to create project directory under F:\UnityProjects

    But it fails, saying "Projects cannot be created in F:\UnityProjects..."

    If I change it to F:\MyUnityProjects it works.

    I think there is a prefix path check which directly compares the path string of the install location to the path string of the project location and assumes I am trying to create a project inside install location but I am not.
