    Hello

Poser Pro Game Dev by SmithMicro supplies a decimator and it can export the FBX file format
Poser is by far the most user friendly animator, not to mention the huge library of models
    Did anybody try it ?
    Any issue with Unity ?

I've never tried it, but I've looked at the picture of the polygon reduction on their website and it looks like it makes pretty awful topology.

Never trust an automatic decimator for characters if you care about quality. Your game characters should be initially made low-poly, or properly retopologized(in zbrush, blender, max, maya, 3dcoat, topogun, ect) to be low-poly.

well in principle you are right but you must take into account also the time saving
We are talking 1 to 100 , or even more :)
Aside from that, you must also consider that the built in Poser decimator is optimized for specific character topologies i.e the Poser and the DAZ models
