For me it does in FF as well as in IE. The webmaster has assumed correctly that average user would have flash plugin installed rather than Unity and made flash default, while unity3d on demand after pressing the button.

How do you access 3D view? Can't seem to find a button for it?

Can not see it in Chrome as well.
I think in Chrome there could be no button really or the default could be Unity3d instead of Flash, since Chrome has the plugin builtin natively.
But I what I see is flash and no button.

Yeah, Chrome seems to be the only one that doesn't show it.
Which is weird on Porsche's web development side as Chrome supports Unity Web player.
