    Why unity started to perform so bad in editor?
    Unity 2022.2.2f1
    MyPC:
    Motherboard: Z390-A PRO
    CPU: Intel Core i9-9900K 8 cores 4.7 GHz
    RAM: 32 gb
    Video: Nvidia RTX 3080

    1) for some reason its limited to 90 fps, even though i have vsync off.
    2) When you start to press any keys it drops to 50-60 while Mazimazied.
    3) If you try to use it the way i was using it for years now (And never had FPS issues), is by having Game window as a small window at the bottom right, it drop to 40 and lower.

    Wtf is happening? Why it become so sloooow?!
    Am i doing something wrong?
    1st i though maybe this is new URP system, then maybe its new InputSystem, but in a video above, non of those things active or enabled...

    UPDATE
    =====
    Just tested. Looks like it started with version 2020.3, in 2020.3.41f1 i have same issue. (Profiler shows EditorLoop 13 ms and PlayerLoop 10 ms) But editor loop goes in spikes in empty project (0.5 to 10 ms).....

    Why this is importnat? Well im workign mainly with VR, and testing VR project with such FPS is a PAIN.

    Oh my god thank you so much! I have been looking for a solution to this problem, and finally you gave me exactly what I needed. After switching to OpenGLES3 everything is super smooth.

    Thank you!
