Using Unity 2019.4.1 and HDRP 7.4.1, even when creating a completely empty scene with only a single sphere (hdrp/lit shader), it's dropping like every other frame or so.

Running on Vive Galaxy and RTX 2070 Super.

Is this as expected? If not, what can I do to improve render performance?

Ok i got a workaround go to HDRenderPipeline you know that asset and in the inspector you can change the Lit Shader Mode from Deferred to Forward but its still no fix because i need Deferred for real time lighting and shadows so i will work on my project with Forward and hope that someone comes up with a fix for Deferred
