Question Point Lights Illuminate Entire Scene In URP?

    I'm trying to use point lights with URP for torches and the like, but it seems to either light up nothing, or be extremely harsh in a small area.. What gives?

    How do people use either this or spotlight with URP? I want the rest of the scene to stay dark..
