So I have a table and a point light bove it with shadows enabled. Problem is that shadow starts not right beneath the table, but about 0.2 units down. What is the problem? Any way to get proper shadows?

I think it's called peter panning and it's caused by having too high bias in your light settings.

Tried every possyble bias setting. And there is no such thing when using HDRP, but its not support VR.(

The built in rendering paths' point light shadows were built to work on a wide range of devices, as such they ... kind of suck compared to what modern GPUs are capable of. The only way to get less peter panning with point lights is to reduce the range of the point light. Bias has no effect.
