Question Point light isn't casting light properly

    As shown in the picture, I have a point light selected, but it only casts light in one direction. Is there a way to change this so that it casts light evenly?

    The light's body isn't casting shadows as the problem is still happening without the mesh.

    This is the settings for my light. I'm using HDRP

    I've found that the problem is with the normal map I'm using. I didn't make this normal map myself as I have no experience with graphics, it came with the material I am using, however when I disable the normal map, the issue isn't there.

    Is there something I can do to fix this problem with the map, perhaps some of my settings are wrong? Thanks.

    Has the texture type been set to "normal map" when you imported it?
