Please help! VIVE MixVR not working.

I'm having problem getting my vive to work with unity for Mix Reality. Followed most instructions and video online and always end up getting a black screen when running the game. The external camera don't seems to be working and once you uncheck the external camera tag, the black screen will be gone and everything is running fine. Attached is the screen shot showing the black screen. Please help. Thanks.
