Bug Please help ! Unity 2022.3.2f1 New Project opens with Enter Safe Mode? error

Hello,

I recently downloaded Unity Hub and Unity 2022.3.2f1 (LTS) and whenever I try to start a new project, I receive the "Enter Safe Mode? The project you are opening contains compilation errors" dialog box. Opening Safe Mode, I check the console and I see 100 errors that only read [13:24:56], without any corresponding text to describe the error.
When I try to play the blank scene, I receive the "All compiler errors have to be fixed before you can enter playmode!" message. This message I can see in the console window for errors. I'm not sure what to do, I haven't added any GameObjects, scripts, or done anything to the scene file, the project is completely new and generates the "Enter Safe Mode?" dialog.

I am using unity 2022.3.6f1,when I try to launch a 3D URP project I was too facing the same to enter safe mode and it commands me to fix the burst errors how can I fix that any help?

This is just more indications that Unity2022 is not truly ready for LTS prime time. There have been now dozens of posts with people having random issues.

You may wish to try an earlier LTS version.

That sounds like a non-LTS bleeding edge build of Unity.

Anytime you go beyond LTS you are an unpaid test pilot.
