I installed new version of unity 2019.3.1f9 , when I run unity it I see 2 error without description and when I run game I see the error [All compiler errors must be fixed ...],
I'm try to change framework to .Net 3.5 but this chose didn't exist in ( edit -> project setting -> player -> other setting -> API compatibility)
So how to add this framework 3.5 to my unity.

    Note :
    - framework 3.5 is installed in my PC windows 7 .
    - i use visual studio 2012.5

    Hello,

Probably some file or files are corrupted. Try this:
    1. Close Unity,
    2. Delete the Library folder and
    3. Open Unity again in order to recreate the Library from scratch.
    Good luck!

    Hello,

There are two different configurations regarding .NET:
    • Scripting Runtime Version, and
    • API Compatibility Level
It's explained in more detail here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/cross-platform/unity-scripting-upgrade?view=vs-2019

Regarding the "Scripting Runtime Version", it was available until Unity 2018.x but deprecated in Unity 2019.x. You can read more about this here: https://docs.unity3d.com/2018.3/Documentation/Manual/ScriptingRuntimeUpgrade.html

The "API Compatibility Level" options are the only ones available on Unity 2019.x, so your Editor is currently working as expected ;)

I hope this information helps you to understand better and to solve what you're trying to achieve!
