    Time ago i found i page (a forum) where people posting your creations (UIs for free or paid) and the designer offering services, like creating a logo por 15 usd.

    i missed the link to the page. someone know what web page is it?

    Not sure which you are referring to, but there are a bunch of design crowd sourcing platforms out there such as 99Designs or DesignCrown.
