Please help asset store error

    Please can someone help me fix this ongoing issue with my asset store.

    First off I am using the latest version of unity available.
    I have firewalls turned off and no proxies that I am aware of
    Computer is at home on a very stable internet connection.
    I can check for updates in editor, open asset store in browsers IE and Firefox as those are what I use.
    so here is my problem I open the asset store in unity and i notice the https://kharma.unity3d.com error whenever i open it. I can make no purchases at all but I can download older assets and import free ones.
    I went through the browser and ordered something through the asset store and have not been able to receive my package online nor through editor. I have been all over the web seeking answers and came across several threads with someone facing this problem. I have done all their fixes to no avail, all I can do is sit with a massive headache trying to wait for tech support to contact me which wont happen till possibly middle of this coming week which is to long.
    My card was charged and the transaction is pending and my bank has clarified they are not withholding funds so how can i get rid of this kharma error its driving me insane and i need that package.

    i have also already fresh installed 4 times

    That error has nothing to do with purchasing assets. I believe that has to do with dx11.
    I purchased an asset just this morning just fine.
    Something else is going on with your account. Put in the correct info to purchase? Signed in?

    yeah I even updated all info, so i guess i should contact sales at 10 when they open and try to get my money back then attempt again? Also do you have that error and when you open the asset store and just still purchase and download just fine?
