Please Help - ArchiViz Interactive Applications

Hi All

I'm looking to create something similar to these applications:

As I would like to create a Critical Incident Management application to allow emergency responders to explore facilities and gain better situational awareness before hitting the ground.

Where do I start?
What should I seek to do?
Does anyone have any samples I can break down to learn how to do things like this?
