Please help about the "Cloth Component".

Hello, sir, ma'am.

I'm quite new here and I don't know what happens with this thing. It works fine while you are staring at it, but if you turn the screen to somewhere else then try to come back this will happen...

As you can see in the video look like the "Cloth Component" of these characters works a little weird. They kind of bounce around and come off the edge of the computer screen.

Is anyone know what happens and how to fix it, sir, ma'am?
