Question Please Advise! How to adapt a Skybox that is a mix of Procedural and 1 sided! - Explanation within

    Hello guys! First thread here from me.

    I am trying to replicate the Skybox and Skyline that is featured in the game DeusEx (The first one) the skybox/line is the one featured during the first map which is Liberty Island, however, I am not wanting to copy the exact look; I want to learn how to implement it's settings so that my map will have the similar scene.

    Attached is 3 Screenshots depicting the back axis the front axis and either left/right.

    As you can see (The animation wont play for the clouds in the sky as these are JPEG images sorry)

    The skybox features a skyline which is static and does not move when you walk around, wherever you are the skyline that you see will always be in that place.

    The clouds in the sky do move as if the world is in motion.

    To the sides and all around the skyline you can see that the world seems infinitely black all whilst the skyline remains static and on its front and back axis.

    Please can someone explain how I could implement such skybox/skyline.
