There's an experimental new feature in the last update, enable it here:
Preferences > Graph View > Fade Links Not Connected to Selected States

Give it a go and let us know what you think on the Playmaker Forums.

#PlayMakerTip: To control the frequency of random events use Send Random Event.
    https://hutonggames.fogbugz.com/f/page?W481

The Weight sliders control the relative frequency of each Event.

In this example, you will get the Shields event the most often, then Speed Up then Extra Life.

TIP: You can use variables for the weights so they can change at runtime.
E.g., Power up frequencies could change with game difficulty settings (easy, medium, hard)

:) We're always tweaking and adding little drag and drop shortcuts. For example, the last update added the ability to drag actions between states:

    Hi,

It's Possible if you use ExitGames Photon Unity Network ( free, with complete PlayMaker Support on the Ecosystem, get back to me directly if you ask a question on the forum that is left unanswered :) ), but if you plan on using another networking technology, then you will likely have to resort to some coding, but I would not recommend it: Photon is by far the most battle tested, stable, intuitive and low cost solution out there, period!

Then the question is also which VR solution and hardware you are using, but there are plenty of assets providing bridges between VR and PlayMaker on the AssetStore and on our Forum.

Also, 10 Players is a lot, when you see games like Shadow of Legends or Robocraft ( using photon btw), and you see the impressive number of concurrent Players able to play, you need to realize there are years of crafting at the highest level, with mind blowing framework to optimize and squeeze performances at every level, including network, so I would be careful with aiming for 10 concurrent Players, it's possible, but you will need to spend a great deal of time analyzing your game play cost in terms of bandwidth, then optimizing the data you stream to reduce it, to perform and cost effective. So "code free" is only one aspect of the whole picture and effort :)

    Bye,

    Jean

Thank you, Jean, for the excellent reply. Regarding concurrent players, my scenario is something like 6 people in a single room competing against each other til one remains (winner). A timed 'session', say, 10 minutes, with a start and an end (unless all but one remain during the 10 min session).

So, Unity + Playmaker + Photon + SteamVR > Steam = doable with minimal (ideally no) coding?

    Thanks again for the reply.
