Player.Log not being created for standalone app on Windows 10

    As the title says, no Player.Log file is being created for a standalone app on Windows 10. Let me answer these items in advance

    1. Yes, I have checked "Player Settings" in Build Settings to "User Player Log"
    2. Yes, I have been able to see Editor.Log files in my <home>/AppData/Local/Unity directory which are created by the Unity editor, but nothing for standalone
    3. Yes, i did try running as administrator as suggested in a 2013 posting

    I will upload a screenshot showing the listing of my AppData/Local/Unity/ directory with Editor/Editor.Log but no Player.Log as well as the settings:
